Today, leading online retailer, www.amiclubwear.com, made a significant donation of handbags, clothing and shoes to Los Angeles based health and rehabilitation center, SCHARP.

The donation is in an effort to help the tens of thousands of homeless in Southern California, a large percentage of whom are women that are not veterans. "We have several different forums that these donations will directly benefit," says SCHARP administrator Tammy LaMotte. "Our children's bi-weekly gathering puts out food, clothing and other household items that allows parents to directly choose what items they would like. In addition, the donations will affect the hundreds of clients that come in daily to our drop-in center and grab items as they need."
