It’s new, it’s improved – and now it’s a refreshingly informative website to help online consumers. The recently launched website for SnowPack Chillin’ Ice Packs, located at http://www.snowpackusa.com, underwent a 6-month overhaul to create a user-friendly, wellness-oriented format.

Unlike other product sites that are little more than online stores, SnowPack has built an information center. The site’s objective is to help consumers research and answer questions about pain relief, as well as offer information on the natural, pain-relieving benefits of ice therapy. Rather than the sterile clinical perspective often found on other pain relief sites, SnowPack emphasizes a personal, positive approach. SnowPackusa.com presents information in a friendly manner with the goal of helping people build a healthy, pain-free lifestyle that includes the use of ice therapy.

“Our company mission is to help people feel better and ease their pain,” explains SnowPack Marketing Manager, Louise Roach. “Whether it’s back pain, pain from an injury, or after-surgery pain – pain is a very big deal in how you handle daily tasks and how well you feel. People look online for specialty ice pack products to relieve their pain. But if you don’t find the right information to make an informed decision about the product and how to use it, you feel confused. So we rolled up our sleeves and went to work creating an interesting, helpful website, packed with wellness info, plus detailed product information about the SnowPack line. We even added animations to show you exactly how to use our products!”

The new Health Center section of the SnowPack website includes: a Pain Relief Clinic, an Ice Therapy Glossary, a directory of health articles, a monthly fitness newsletter, and a wellness link index called The B-Alive Library.

You’ll even find a personal side to SnowPack Chillin’ Ice Packs when you click on the SnowPack B-Fit Blog, featuring daily blog entries by SnowPack staff about health topics in the news and wellness stories. The B-Fit Blog is also available through RSS feed.

The updated website was built with future growth in mind. “Having the capability to add new content was a problem in the past,” says Roach. “Our new site design has unlimited potential. It’s exciting to think we can publish articles, information, links and specials on a regular basis to keep our customers well-informed. This is an important part of customer service that’s often overlooked.”

With these new resources, SnowPack has entered the information age and added refreshing content to the usually anesthetic market niche of pain relief products.
