University of North Texas Dallas College of Law is live with Credentials Solutions

October 11, 2016 - The University of North Texas Dallas College of Law is live with TranscriptsPlus® and sending School-to-School and 3rd party PDF transcripts. These services benefit the Registrar's Office and the students and alumni of the school by streamlining the transcript process.

TranscriptsPlus offers a mobile-friendly ordering platform that is available to students and alumni 24/7. Working in concert with TranscriptsPlus is RoboRegistrar®, which automates the manual production processes involved with transcript order fulfillment. There is no longer a need for the institution's staff to input data, as student record information is pulled directly from the school's student information system. With this application in place, the institution is able to redeploy staff to other projects within the office to reduce labor costs.

UNT Dallas College of Law will be sending in-network and out-of-network electronic transcripts on behalf of their students. This decreases the amount of transcripts that are printed and gives students and alumni a more efficient way of sending transcripts.

With Credentials Solutions taking phone calls on behalf of the college, the Registrar's Office has seen a decrease in the amount of phone calls to their office.
