Mr. Overholt tells of going to Lancaster and seeing the Premier Shed model carried by companies in Lancaster such as Sheds Unlimited LLC and being inspired to reflect that model in Kentucky. Hence the name The Lancaster has roots in Amish Lancaster County, PA.
