November 4, 2016 - San Mateo County Community College District (SMCCCD) has selected Credentials Solutions to streamline its transcript ordering and fulfillment.

Credentials, based out of Northfield, IL, has been providing transcript and verification services to Higher Education since 1997. Of the services Credentials offers, SMCCCD is live with TranscriptsPlus®, PDF sending and eRoboMail®. The combination of these services automates about 90% of the work associated with transcript ordering and fulfillment. This automation has resulted in SMCCCD being able to reduce overhead by redeploying staff to other projects within the office.

Students and alumni can now order transcripts through a mobile-friendly online portal and have them sent electronically as a PDF or through the mail. Since going live with the PDF option, SMCCCD has seen a decrease in the amount of paper transcripts requested. If someone choses to have it sent thought the mail, eRoboMail prints, folds, stuffs, seals, and sends the transcript to the final destination.

Credentials Solutions' services have provided a more efficient way to order and send transcripts, which has greatly benefited SMCCCD, its students and alumni.
