Scalp Micropigmentation Center (SMC) Opens New SMP Clinic Locations In Canada

January 19, 2017 (PRLEAP.COM) Lifestyle News
January 19, 2017 - Scalp Micropigmentation or SMP is one of the fastest growing sectors in the hair loss industry today. SMP is the act of implanting thousands of simulated, pigmented hair follicles into the epidermal/dermal layer of the skin of the scalp which gives the client the appearance of a shaved head of hair, for men and women that are bald, or this same process can give men and women within thinning hair or bald spots the appearance of a thicker, fuller head of hair.

SMP can not only give the appearance of hair, but it can also camouflage scars on the scalp due to injury, surgery or hair transplant scars. The SMP Artists trained by SMC can use this process to camouflage the scar within the clients own hair follicles, if they are bald, or in within their natural strands of hair.

This revolutionary process is becoming more and more popular as the stigma of having a tattoo on the scalp starts to wear off. This process is virtually painless, and clients see instant results after every treatment.

Clients often use SMP as a last resort, however, SMC CEO Tino Barbone finds that clients are now asking their doctors and hair transplant surgeons for the SMP procedure. "We are now getting calls from hair transplant clinics, or referrals from Doctors and Hair Transplant techs who are sending their patients to us either because their client is not a good candidate for their procedure, or because the procedure went well, however, the client would like more density or wants to cover up their hair transplant scar.".

Both men and women can benefit from this treatment, and the average age for this treatment varies from 25-65+. "We've had both Men and Women that have lost hair from an early age, to older Men and Women who have been hiding their thinning hair or baldness using topical powders, sprays, and fibers for years come into the office and they are amazed at the difference only 1 treatment can make in their lives." says Tino Barbone. Often the user of these topical solutions to hair loss spend hours a day either putting the products on, or taking it off or both. Users of topical powders and sprays often cannot go into water, or be out in the rain. They find that they leave marks on pillows or examining paper if they lie down. The user often makes a mess in the bathroom, and has to constantly check their hair throughout the day to see if it has rubbed off. They cannot go to the gym and sweat. They cannot go into a swimming pool, etc, all for the fear of the product coming off and their hidden secret being discovered. This is often embarrassing to the user, and thus the invention of Scalp Micropigmentation.

Scalp Micropigmentation is the more semi permanent solution to baldness, hair loss, thinning hair, bald spots or scalp scars. The Scalp Micropigmentation Center (SMC) is opening up more and more locations, and they are currently looking for SMP Artists around the world to join SMC in their quest to help the millions of Men and Women suffering from their hair loss condition.
