March 6, 2017 - Credentials Solutions has reorganized its Sales Department. Josh Hoagland and Mindy Starcher have been named Vice Presidents. Margaret Freeman will assume a new role as Senior Relationship Executive, while Stephanie Weiss will expand her role as a Sales Consultant in the Southeast.

"Credentials had record sales in 2016 and we believe this trend will continue in 2017. While growth is important to our company, maintaining a strong relationship with our existing client institutions is just as important," said Chief Executive Officer Tom McKechney. "The additional roles and responsibilities that have been added to our Sales Department will ensure our relationships with clients are maintained and strengthened."

Josh Hoagland joined Credentials Solutions in 2013 as a Sales Consultant. His years of experience working in the Higher Education market has contributed to him significantly growing Credentials' client list in the South. In his new role as Vice President, Josh will retain sales territory in the South and Southwest, as well as increase his focus on large state and university systems.

Mindy Starcher joined Credentials in 2015 as a result of the merger with eScrip-Safe. Mindy worked for eScrip-Safe for 8 years and was in charge of Sales for Transcripts on Demand and eScrip-Safe. Previous to that, she worked for over 20 years in The Ohio State University Registrar's Office in different positions, the last being Assistant to the Registrar. As Vice President, Mindy will retain her sales territory in the Midwest, but will also be responsible for the day to day oversight of the Sales Department.

Stephanie Weiss joined Credentials in 2016, coming from eScrip-Safe International. Her main focus thus far had been helping Transcripts on Demand schools convert to TranscriptsPlus®. Her strong knowledge of both transcript platforms has made the conversion process easier for institutions who are making the switch. Upon completion of the conversions, Stephanie will take on sales territory in the Southeast.

Margaret Freeman brings more than a decade of experience to her new role. She started with Credentials in 2005 as a Customer Service Representative, rising to the position of Manager of Customer Service and Director of Operations. She then joined the Sales team, where she has been working as a Sales Consultant.

In her new role as Senior Relationship Executive, Margaret will be responsible for maintaining a strategic dialogue with a portfolio of Credentials largest clients, mostly located on the West Coast. She will report to and work directly with Executive Vice President Jack Weber. They will keep constant communication with Credentials' strategic institutions, reviewing their processes and discussing future automations that can enhance Registrar Offices throughout Higher Ed.
