London, April 7, 2017 - Aviation Week Network's Airline Engineering & Maintenance: Middle East conference today announced that Aerospace Turbine Services & Solutions LLC (TS&S Aerospace) is the event's host sponsor. The event will take place in Abu Dhabi April 11-12, 2017.

The conference has a rich, 20-year history in the region, with MRO (maintenance, repair, and overhaul) growth at the heart of the discussions, gathering key stakeholders: airlines, OEMs, MROs and suppliers, to network and discuss a range of aftermarket issues.

Thirteen sessions will be led by 30+ leading experts across the two-day conference, with topics ranging from the developments in the Middle East Air Transport Market, the impact of OEM strategies on the aftermarket and how airlines engage with their MRO partners and suppliers.

Among the event's industry leading speakers, Richard Evans, Senior Consultant, FlightAscend Consultancy will speak on the development of the Middle East's aviation fleet and take part in a panel discussion on the Middle East's leasing environment.

Delegates will also gain exclusive access to the state of the art TS&S Aerospace facility, headquartered in Abu Dhabi, with a tour commencing immediately after the conference on April 12.

Delegates will be guided around the 5000 sqm facility, including a dedicated 100,000 lb thrust capable test cell and supporting equipment capable of five axis machining, laser beam welding, plasma screening, non-destructive testing and mechanical cleaning amongst many other special processes.
