Florida SouthWestern State College is live with Credentials Solutions

July 14, 2017 - Florida SouthWestern State College is offering its students and alumni a new way to order transcripts. By partnering with Credentials Solutions the whole transcript process, from ordering to delivery, is streamlined.

TranscriptsPlus® is Credentials' online transcript ordering form, which is available 24/7 from anywhere in the world. Students are able to access the form through their student portal, while alumni are able to order from the Credentials Solutions website.

Transcripts can be sent by mail or electronically, depending on the destination institutions' preferred receiving method. Transcripts that are sent through the mail are fulfilled by eRoboMail®, Credentials' print and mail solution. It takes care of everything from printing the transcripts to stuffing and stamping the envelopes. The more efficient way to have transcripts sent is electronically through TranscriptsNetwork™. This provides a fast and eco-friendly method, which has resulted in the school using less paper.

Also included are Credentials Solutions Customer Service Representatives, who are available Monday – Friday. By automating the transcript process as well as having Credentials take on any questions about transcript orders, FSSC has experienced fewer phone calls and less students in line, resulting in reduced labor costs.
