In this role, Marrs will lead all initiatives responsible for the development and maintenance of positive and lasting customer relationships and will act as the voice of customers for all product-shaping actions. He brings with him a thorough knowledge of the contingent workforce space and has a track record of delivering exceptional value through active customer engagement.

Marrs has over 10 years of experience in directing B2B and B2C customer experiences by identifying, evaluating and delivering continuous customer support. Most recently, he was VP of Sales & Account Management at StudioNow, a leading video production solution for marketers.
