Mr. Lee's - a classic-style cocktail lounge in the Germantown neighborhood of Louisville, KY - is excited to announce they are introducing a new cocktail menu. The new cocktail menu is the first menu change that Mr. Lee's is undergoing since opening in November of 2016.

When Mr. Lee's opened its doors at 953 Goss Avenue, it offered a meticulously planned menu of 13 classic cocktails. All featured cocktails were curated in order to offer unique variations on classic favorites. The goal of the cocktail list, along with the entire experience of visiting Mr. Lee's, was to transport patrons back to an earlier time. The classic cocktails featured on the original menu included: the Mai Tai, Boulevardier, Brandy Crusta, Clover Club and more. The original menu also featured cocktails that had modern twists to them such as: the House Smoked Old Fashioned, Sloe Gin Fizz, House Moscow Mule, and more. The new menu that Mr. Lee's is debuting will continue to feature a selection of favorites from their original menu, but will also feature several new cocktails and a revised wine list.

Mr. Lee's is also releasing a selection of low proof and no proof custom crafted cocktails. These cocktails will feature little to no alcohol for those looking to enjoy the elegant cocktail lounge experience Mr. Lee's offers without the high-proof cocktails. The selection of low proof cocktails that will be offered at Mr. Lee's include: a $6 Lemon Squash made with lemon/lime, simple syrup, and soda water; a Vermouth Cocktail made with soda water, lemon, and your choice of sweet or dry vermouth; a Champagne Cocktail made with sparkling wine, bitters, and a sugar cube, a House Made Soda Special in rotating flavors, and more.

There will also be an expansion on the food offered at Mr. Lee's. In addition to food items already on the menu like Wiltshire Pantry's seasonal mixed nuts and Mr. Lee's house made potato chips with horseradish dip, there will also be an artisan cheese plate available that is also prepared by Wiltshire Pantry.

Additional Highlights to the New Mr. Lee's Menu will Include:
  • A house Manhattan featuring Rye Whiskey, Sweet Vermouth, Cherry, Vanilla Bitters, and a Lemon Twist available for $10.
  • Mr. Lee's house Sling made with Gin, Dry Vermouth, Pineapple Syrup, and Bitters that is also priced at $10.
  • A $10 housemade Daiquiri crafted with Aged Rum, a 3-Sugar Blend, and Lime.
  • A wine list that features a selection of white, red, and rose blends, as well as sparkling wines, and entire bottles.
  • An updated beer list that includes more recently released selections like Evil Twin Falco, Dark Horse Raspberry Wheat Ale, Against the Grain 35k Milk Stout, and more.

  • Mr. Lee's is open Wednesday thru Friday at 5:00 p.m. then Saturday and Sunday at 6:00 p.m. On Sundays, Mr. Lee's hosts an Industry Night and highlights a different local spirit through discounted craft cocktails and half-priced bar snacks. Mr. Lee's also hosts Gypsy Jazz which features local musical artists. Gypsy Jazz is every Thursday night from 9 p.m. until 11 p.m. You can stay up-to-date with Mr. Lee's through their Facebook page or by following them on Instagram.

    About Mr. Lee's
Mr. Lee's took over a space that started as a neighborhood grocery store in the 1930s in the fall of 2016 and opened their doors a week prior to Thanksgiving that same year. The red leather bar and the low lighting sets the mood at Mr. Lee's and transports patrons back in time to the 1920s. The design of the lounge, like the old and new cocktail menus, was carefully curated and designed to present a warm, comfortable, inviting environment to sip classic cocktails in. Located at 935 Goss Avenue, in Louisville, Kentucky, Mr. Lee's has quickly become a Germantown-staple and a must-visit location for those coming from out of town in search of a delicious cocktail or two.
