“We focused our marketing expertise on the electrical industry largely because of my experience over the last five years with marketing to the electrical distribution channel,” said Dan Carazo, founder of Carazo Communications. “Between 2000 and 2004, I directed marketing for a division of a Fortune 400 manufacturing leader in the electrical industry, then, after starting my agency, I began writing a marketing column for The Electrical Distributor Magazine which is published by the National Association of Electrical Distributors. After interviewing managers at dozens of electrical manufacturing and distribution companies, I became convinced that electrical industry marketers stand to benefit greatly from our insights due to our exposure to, and experience with, many sub-categories within the electrical industry.”

Prior to forming Carazo Communications, Mr. Carazo was responsible for the corporate branding and distributor marketing for Cooper Wiring Devices. Mr. Carazo’s branding program for Cooper Wiring Devices received the Best of the Best Award from TED Magazine in two consecutive years. Carazo has also held numerous management roles in global business-to-business corporate marketing and with major B-to-B advertising agencies.
