McKay Mills, owner of RentVest Hawaii, will manage the Honolulu office, and John Groberg will serve as the principal broker for RentVest Hawaii.
Mills says the RentVest Hawaii office will serve all of Oahu, to begin with, and eventually will be expanded to other islands, primarily Maui and the Big Island.
Since launching its first office in Mesa, Arizona in 2016, RentVest has expanded its presence to Phoenix, Tucson, Reno, Las Vegas, Dallas, Houston, and Atlanta, with plans to continue expanding into at least six new U.S. markets by 2020.
