WebLink SEO Takes SEO Software To The Next Level

The creators of the popular search engine optimization software package, WebLink SEO, have announced their latest release of the software, which boasts an ever-wider range of tools for both website analysis and promotion.

One of the new tools is a ‘Banned Website Checker’, which will crawl an entire website and check each of the external links to ensure it doesn’t link to a ‘banned website’ (a banned website is a website that has been removed from the search engine listings for not complying with their guidelines). This is very useful because linking to a banned website could result in your own website being penalized by the search engines and you not even knowing it!

Martin Burrow, CEO of Pivotal Systems, the company that produces WebLink SEO is well known in search engine optimization circles, and before starting Pivotal Systems worked as a freelance SEO consultant, and also as the Webmaster for several large blue-chip corporations, he has written many articles based on search engine optimization and is also a regular contributor to many SEO newsletters.

“The fundamental concept of search engine optimization is analyzing what your competitors are doing, and then going one better with your own optimization techniques. We are well aware of this, and therefore the new release of WebLink SEO contains a huge array of new tools for both analysis and promotion. We are very pleased with the way the new version has been received, and the feedback from our customers has been absolutely fantastic.”

In addition to the new tools, the existing software structure has also undergone redevelopment so that even people without any web or IT knowledge can use the software.

“We wanted to make the software as easy to use as possible so that first time users or people with limited IT skills could easily understand how to use the software. To do this we made the help documentation within the software easier to access, and we’ve also created a full range of video tutorials that the users can watch and follow.”
Burrow added.

This version of the software is certainly a big advancement on both the previous version of WebLink, and the other optimization packages that are available. The company says that development work is ongoing, and will continue to add new features to make later versions of the software even more useful for Webmasters in the future.
