IntrapriseTechKnowlogies Opens Dallas Office Continuing Regional Expansion

IntrapriseTechKnowlogies LLC (ITK) continues regional expansion with the opening of a Dallas office and appointment of Steve Palomino as Performance Improvement Director in the area. Steve joins ITK with a deep knowledge of technology and passion for driving change through IT initiatives. In his new role, Steve will be creating the IT strategy for enterprise and mid-market organizations. His key focus is helping clients identify process improvement in finance and operations departments through the use of technology.

Donny Shimamoto, Founder and Managing Director of ITK, explained the deep knowledge that Steve adds to the team, "I'm excited to have Steve bring his deep technical expertise in accounting automation & robotics and internal audit to our firm. Steve and I have worked on several national (AICPA) initiatives related to records retention and data governance, so it's wonderful to have another CPA technical expert join our firm's ranks." He continued, "Steve will also be laying the foundation for our Dallas office, so his addition to our firm increases our ability to serve Dallas, Houston, and other areas within Texas."

Palomino has more than 17 years of experience working as a general ledger accountant, financial analyst, operation support subject matter expert, internal/external financial reporting manager, and as a business and IT consultant. He has extensive knowledge and experience in databases and programs including Oracle, Hyperion, NCR Teradata, and SAP. His primary focus is on project scoping, system assessments, data system integration into ERPs, reporting and automation, as well as business development.

Prior to working with ITK, Palomino was an Advisory Service Manager for Ernest & Young as well as PWC. He also has experience as a Portfolio Solutions Manager for Hitachi Consulting and as a Corporate Accounting, Planning, and Finance Manager for AT&T. Palomino spent the last two years working with a software robotics (AI) company where he led discussions with clients around how to best leverage AI, where to start and how to address reporting and control risks. He obtained his MBA from Baylor University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant holding designations as a CGMA, CITP and Certified Internal Auditor.
