ArtinSoft Corp. today announced the availability of a series of migration training sessions, under the ArtinSoft Training™ brand, and is starting with two offerings aimed at companies making the transition from Windows 32-bit to 64-bit or moving to the Microsoft .NET Framework from Visual Basic 6.

Dedicated exclusively to the software migration business for more than 12 years, ArtinSoft has the tools and expertise to provide highly focused training sessions. These trainings have helped software developers drastically reduce the time to move from old technologies to new platforms.

“The content for the training sessions has been developed by our technology experts, based on years of experience in the software conversion field. All the programs that ArtinSoft Training™ offers have been designed to meet the highest standards in quality instruction,” said Federico Zoufaly, ArtinSoft’s Executive Vice President of Business Development. “Most importantly, our courses are designed to give attendees the opportunity to try real hands-on sessions, adjusting the content to their actual needs, thus dramatically improving the learning experience”.

ArtinSoft Training™ has worked closely with Microsoft and Intel developing and delivering content for programs such as Route64 and 64-bit Advantage. They have also worked with HP in creating the content for the Itanium Developer Forums and the Itanium Software Alliance program.

The trainings available through ArtinSoft Training™ at this moment are for Visual Basic 6.0 to Visual Basic .NET conversions and Microsoft 64-bit migrations. Both include extensive theory and intensive workshops, where attendees work with their own code with the help of ArtinSoft’s migration experts.
