GOOD TIME GOLF MEDIA GROUP ANNOUNCES NATIONAL LAUNCH AND NEW STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS

Seattle – (February 13, 2006) Good Time Golf Media Group, an integrated marketing media company, today announced several new partnerships, one of which will help the company’s flagship television program, Good Time Golf gain national distribution.

IMG, the worlds premier sports and lifestyle management and marketing firm, will be brokering Good Time Golf to the networks. Both parties are extremely optimistic with expectations of airing the program in a minimum of 70% of the country’s major markets.

In addition to gaining national distribution TWI, IMG’s broadcasting arm will also be working with GTGMG production executives to produce top rate programming for both its flagship television program. The series are scheduled for completion in spring of 2006 with its first national airing soon after.

Good Time Golf Media Group, which began as an individual non-profit television program, has grown into an integrated media company with national and international multi-media distribution. “Good Time Golf”, the original television program developed for middle-income golfers, airs on both Fox Sports Northwest and Comcast Sports Net in Chicago.

“This partnership is a major step forward towards our goal of reaching millions of Americans with the Good Time Golf message,” said Barclay Lottimer, Good Time Golf Media Group VP of Marketing and COO. “IMG started the golf agency business, so we couldn’t have asked for a more experienced distribution partner.”

Other recent news includes deals with Synapse, Access Development and Loyalty Works.

Synapse Group, Inc., the leading independent provider of customer acquisition and management services for publishers of consumer magazines in the United States will handle distribution of Good Time Golf Magazine.

Access Development will play behind the scenes roles in launching and supporting the Good Time Golf Club Card. Since 1884, Access development has specialized in the delivery of private-labeled discount programs to organizations throughout North America.

Loyalty Works will provide the incentive program for the Good Time Golf Club Card.
