In addition to being a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Tangi has specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy. Emotionally Focused Therapy helps clients to better understand the source of their reactive emotions. This approach allows clients to gain insight and understanding into past events that may be driving their patterns of present-day behavior. Emotionally Focused Therapy also helps clients build trust and connection with loved ones by expressing emotions in healthier ways.
