Edamam, a nutrition data provider has partnered with Juice Generation, one of the most forward looking health food restaurant chains in New York, to supply nutrition data for all its menu items. The data will include not only the standard data on calories and macronutrients, but also details on micronutrient content and the appropriateness of each menu item to a range of diets and allergens.

Juice Generation is using Edamam's Nutrition Wizard Pro tool to produce all needed nutrition data and diet tags. It is a self service tool that any restaurant or recipe owner can use to analyze in real time with very high accuracy the nutrition of any recipe or ingredient list.

"As a company that repeats the mantra that 'food is medicine,' it is an honor to be working with Juice Generation, whose menu is nothing but deliciousness that delivers health," commented Victor Penev, Edamam's CEO and Founder.
