Truck driver qualifications include a high school diploma or GED equivalent, a clean motor vehicle record and the ability to lift or carry up to 75 lbs. A minimum of 1-year commercial driving experience is preferred, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and maintain a consistent workload with flexible hours. Starting pay is $17.50 an hour with a $1 increase after 60 days. Insurance and benefit coverage is also available after 60 days and hiring includes a $500 sign-on bonus with $100 on the start date and the remainder spread over the first 4 months of active employment.
