CINCINNATI, OH, USA (February 18, 2006) - In an effort to launch
and explain the vision behind the construction of a Virtual
Foundation Technology Hub based in downtown Cincinnati and Dayton,
Ohio, 1ST Rule Group, Feibelman Young Enterprises, MBA, Genuit
Corporation and IBM Corporation have joined forces to host a
technology conference and job fair at the Netherlands Hilton
Hotel on Saturday, February 18th, 2006. The event will
include interviews and meetings designed to fill positions within
1st Rule Group, Feibelman Young Enterprises and other sponsors of
the event.

Guest speakers include Tim Bryce from Palm Harbor, FL, the "Rush
Limbaugh of Management" and co-developer of the "PRIDE"
Methodologies for IRM, Clarence Young, from Dayton, OH, developer
of the world's first fully integrated, industrial strength, suite of
business applications designed for Windows 95 when Microsoft
Corporation first launched their new operating system and among
the most published software designers in the world, Allen Feibelman,
from Cincinnati, OH, angel investor, educator, business analyst and
creative consultant and Sidney Yip, Toronto, Canada, representing
Genuit Corporation and its unique accomplishments in thin client
computing.

Numerous case studies will be discussed as to what works and what
will never work in business and examples of where the 21st Century
is heading and the emergent technologies on the drawing boards
which will take us through it. They will include virtual keyboards,
