MIAMI – February 18, 2006 – Socratic Solutions, Inc., a supplemental education company that owns the Monkey Math™ Learning Center brand, today announced it has retained Hot Dish Advertising, LLC. of Minneapolis to design a national marketing and advertising campaign to help roll out franchises nationally.

Kirsten Fisch, president & CEO of Socratic Solutions, said Hot Dish Advertising was tapped to coordinate the national campaign, following an “exhaustive” search of advertising agencies that specialize in serving new franchise companies.

“Hot Dish Advertising works with more than 30 franchise companies across the United States, and truly understands our concept,” Fisch said. “We were impressed with the agency’s unique portfolio as well as its collaborative design approach. The firm employs a number of creative professionals who are assigned to the Math Monkey™ team. We expect great things from them.”

Dawn Lawin, president of Hot Dish Advertising, said her full-service agency offers marketing, advertising, franchise industry expertise and “that little something special.” She said her company excels for consumer and business-to-business clients, adding “we know how to mix and mingle with both worlds.”

Lawin said her company is now designing the Math Monkey™ logo, as well as all consumer collateral and advertising. “We are also designing brand positioning and marketing materials to solicit franchisees to become part of the Math Monkey™ system,” she noted.

Math Monkey™ teaches Vedic math – a system that takes the mystery out of math. At the learning centers, children ages 6-10 will use Vedic math to solve complex mathematic problems within seconds – without the use of paper or a calculator. Based on ancient Indian texts, this unique system of calculations can be easily applied to arithmetic, algebra, geometry and trigonometry.

The first Math Monkey™ Learning Center is scheduled to open this spring in Weston, a community in south Florida. Fisch said the corporate goal of Math Monkey™ is to open company-owned and franchised Vedic math learning centers in communities throughout the country, easing concerns of frustrated parents and equipping American students with an important tool to succeed in mathematics.
