Control Solutions International Announces Promotion of David Susalla

Chicago, Ilinois USA – December 10, 2004 – Control Solutions International, a recognized leader of outsourced and co-sourced internal audit solutions, has announced the promotion of David Susalla to Business Manager for the Midwest United States.

In his new role, Mr. Susalla will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring successful client and service delivery. Initially Mr. Susalla will focus much of his attention on assisting his clients prepare for compliance with Sections 302 and 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. Additionally, Mr. Susalla will serve as his clients' Director of Internal Audit, with the responsibility for evaluating management controls over financial reporting, operations, and information technology in accordance with the recent NYSE requirement. In this role Mr. Susalla will report directly to the Audit Committee and Board of Directors of his clients.

Mr. Susalla has over twenty years of business experience leading and improving financial and operational results in manufacturing and service related companies. He has extensive experience implementing and enhancing financial reporting, treasury management and internal control systems, process improvement, turnaround and acquisition integration. Ms. Susalla holds a BBA in Accounting from The University of Michigan. He also holds an MBA from the Northwestern University Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois. He is a former Communications Committee Board member of The Executives' Club of Chicago, Past President and past Treasurer of The University of Michigan Club of Chicago, and past Director of the Institute of Management Accountants.
