Networkz Completes Merger with HK Consulting

SAN ANTONIO, TX – Networkz Consulting announced the completion of its merger with HK Consulting in an effort to launch Virtual Hero© throughout the Portland, OR area. A concept that originated locally, Small and Home-based Business owners have quickly realized that this service will lower in-house cost yet still provide administration for their security-based network needs.

HK Consulting, formed by Harold Kuppers, started small two years ago and quickly gained a client base throughout the San Antonio area. HK Consulting and Networkz went into negotiations at the end of 2005 and came to an agreement last month. Both client lists will be merged and three employees will be added to the team. Networkz Consulting will continue to provide the best web design and hosting services and now enters the security based network arena.

Sean Worcester, founder of Networkz Consulting stated “This merger will benefit our clients by enabling us to hire additional staff that provide Virtual Hero© service to a growing coverage area.” He also stated “We are excited these two fast growing companies’ have merged and are soon to become the leader in Remote and Virtual assistance.”

The explosive burst this company has endured not only travels to Oregon, but will soon reach south into the Corpus Christi area. Plans are under way to open an office that will cover all the Nueces Bay area including Padre Island. This merge solidifies the solid foundation for which Networkz was created and shows what direction this company is headed.
