Russell has been with Lundy's for the past five (5) years and with the change of ownership occurring an opportunity was created for him to hone his craft.

He graduated from Johnson and Wales University and has received a degree in AOS Culinary Arts and MAT Culinary Education. He specializes in Traditional American but with new and innovative concepts.
