Real Estate Asset Management Firm Leases Former Occidental Building
To Coldwell Banker Howard Perry And Walston

RALEIGH, NC – Billie Redmond, president of Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties, has announced the lease of offices on the first and second floors of the Coldwell Banker Building, formerly the Occidental Building, to Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston, one of the largest full-service real estate companies in the Triangle.

With more than 8,500 transactions a year and $1.8 billion in sales, Howard Perry and Walston is a 30-year corporate citizen in the Triangle and was recently named to the Fast 50 list. The firm has 17 office locations, more than 550 sales associates, new homes and relocation divisions, and a mortgage company. The historic 50-year-old Coldwell Banker Building at 1001 Wade Avenue in Raleigh recently received a $5 million renovation that restored it to historic splendor. The renovation included recreating the original entrance facing Wade Avenue and completely restoring the building’s limestone exterior, as well as upgrading the interior spaces with new mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems.
