New York, NY, March 1, 2006 — Tyler Perry fans reunited at theaters for another tale of the "Madia-mania", this past weekend, as "Madea's Family Reunion", debuted as the weekend's No. 1 movie in the country. The film stars Tyler Perry, Lynn Whitfield, Boris Kodjoe, Jenifer Lewis and Blair Underwood, among others. There is another character in the film that you hear lot's about, but do not see. That character is Celebrity Fashion Designer b. michael from b. michael Couture.

b. michael's presence in the film is brought to life by Victoria, played by award winning actress Lynn Whitfield. Throughout the movie Victoria makes unforgettable entrances, snaps fingers and gives "DIVA-tude", that reminds you why she is a force to be reckonded with. Every look in the film that is worned by Victoria, is created and designed by b. michael himself. One of the "fashion-highlights" of the film is Victoria shouting out "b. Michael's is a genius".

b. michael is known for sophisticated simplicity in his designs that is difficult to accomplish. The brand is elegant and timeless with a twist - - somewhat architectural in style. His muse, Susan Fales Hill is a newly inducted member of Vanity Fair's International Best Dressed List Hall of Fame.

b. michael’s most recent accomplishment was having the pleasure of dressing Lynn Whitfield's character Victoria, in the newly released blockbuster "Madea's Family Reunion". b. michael also designed the highly acclaimed dress that Lynn Whitfield wore to the 37th. NAACP Image Awards, airing this upcoming weekend. His collection was introduced in Beijing, China to an array of upscale Asian retailers and press during their most celebrated fashion week.
