Body To Soul Fitness of Pembroke announces unique dance classes for fast fitness results

DATELINE: PEMBROKE, MA… The lovely ladies on “Dancing with the Stars” television show made it all look easy, but dancing is one of the best workouts around. Not only does it tone your muscles, it’s a terrific cardio workout that will raise your stamina! Body To Soul Fitness, an all-female fitness center located off Route 139 in Pembroke, recently announced two new classes that will turn you into a sleek dancing queen:

Planning on dancing the Salsa soon? Body To Soul’s Fit to Strip program will help you prepare! Offering a blend of fitness techniques combined with the fun of dance, your heart will be pounding, your body will become sculpted, and you’ll be ready for that spicy dance costume and simply “fit to strip”! This six-week program runs Tuesdays from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. on March 28, April 4, 11, 25, May 2, 9.

Bring your own castanets (optional) and lots of energy for Body To Soul’s Belly Dancing class! Shake those hips and really work those abdominal muscles while mastering the smooth moves of this “come hither” entertaining dance! Belly Dancing will be held Tuesday nights, from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. beginning May 23rd.

Trish Simpson, Personal Trainer and co-founder of Body To Soul noted, “All of our previous class participants were really surprised at how much fun they could have while getting into shape. Dancing works most every muscle in the body and really tunes you into every movement. For those who want to look great in a skimpy dance outfit like Stacy Keibler or Lisa Rinna from ‘Dancing with the Stars’, or while wearing nothing at all, these dance classes will get you there!”

Body to Soul Fitness is an all women’s fitness center geared towards helping women of every age and fitness level learn about health in a non-competitive and supportive atmosphere.
