Lana Calloway Named To The Women’s Center Of Wake County Board Of Directors
Raleigh Women Business Owner To Foster Community Support
For Local Non-Profit Organization

RALEIGH, NC – Lana Calloway, President of Exhibit Resources, has been named to the Board of Directors for the Women’s Center of Wake County. As a board member, Calloway will help grow awareness of the organization and gain community support. The Women’s Center of Wake County assists the community through programs and services that provide homeless women and children with support, basic needs and affordable housing.

“I am honored to serve on this board,” said Calloway. “The Women’s Center of Wake County is a wonderful organization that has made a positive impact on our community. Its efforts to provide shelter for homeless women and children are extraordinary, and I am happy to assist in these endeavors.”

The Women’s Center of Wake County, Inc. was founded over thirty years ago, to meet the needs of women in their community. Over the past twelve years the center has focused on the issue of homelessness for women and children. The Center provides basic needs services, supportive services and affordable housing. The Center now serves as one of only two-day Shelters in Raleigh, and the only one for women and children who are homeless.
