Falbe Publishing has begun to reach out to the library market. The latest titles from its fantasy fiction imprint Brave Luck Books ™ “Union of Renegades: The Rys Chronicles Book I” and “The Goddess Queen: The Rys Chronicles Book II” will be on display at the Public Library Association national show in Boston from March 22 to March 24, 2006.

The springtime national show for the Public Library Association is a crucial venue for making “The Rys Chronicles” visible to library buyers from around the country. Already over 6,500 library professionals have registered to attend the exhibit and conference at the John B. Hynes Convention Center in Boston.

“The Rys Chronicles” is intended for adult and young adult fantasy fiction readers. The titles will be displayed at the Jenkins Group / Combined Book Exhibit booth.

Since receiving good reviews for its fantasy fiction titles, Falbe Publishing plans to benefit from this exposure to the important library market. The first positive review came on January 28th from Viviane Crystal of Crystal Reviews. Crystal described "Union of Renegades: The Rys Chronicles Book I" as "a great read with plenty of intrigue, magic, terror, wizardry, spells, and subplots to grip the reader." Crystal reviews mostly genre fiction and publishes her reviews at CrystalReviews.com.

Then in February, reviews of both "Union of Renegades" and "The Goddess Queen" were published by the Midwest Book Review in its online book review magazines "Small Press Bookwatch" and "Internet Bookwatch." The Midwest Book Review stated that "Author Tracy Falbe makes a stunning debut in epic fantasy…" and that "The Rys Chronicles" was "An exciting treat for fantasy buffs…"

The review from the Midwest Book Review will also be included in that organization's Thomson-Gale interactive CD-ROM quarterly series "Book Review Index" that is directed to academic, corporate, and public libraries. Information about all publications and reviews from Midwest Book Review can be accessed at MidwestBookReview.com.
