Terrorism War: Bush A Failure, Claims Author of "King of Bombs"

President Bush has been a catastrophic failure in the terrorism war against Al-Qaeda, claims author Sheldon Filger. In his terrorism thriller,"King of Bombs," Mr. Filger portrays a future Al-Qaeda attack on the United States that is unwittingly aided by the incompetence of an American president based on the character of George Bush.

"The monstrous strategic miscalculation that Bush made in plunging America into the quagmire of Iraq has deflected critical attention that the terrorism war against Al-Qaeda urgently calls for," Filger said. He pointed out how the Iraq war has drained American resources away from fighting terrorism and preventing a future 9/11 attack on the United States involving weapons of mass destruction, a possibility explored in Mr. Filger's terrorism thriller, "King of Bombs."

"The U.S. Army currently has the same number of divisions that President Bill Clinton had when he left office," Filger said. "With this downsized military, Bush has pursued an unessecary, full-scale counter-insurgency war on par with the Vietnam experience, thus overwhelming its capabilities. Clearly, Mr. Bush has minimal understanding of military and strategic affairs, otherwise he would not have foolishly committed America to this ill-conceived theatre of war, while naively believeing he can still fight the Taliban and Al-Qaeda in Afghanistan," the author of "King of Bombs" claimed.

As proof of the failure of Bush's terrorism war, Filger pointed out that while Saddam Hussein, who had no involvement in 9/11, was captured, the real ring leaders of the attack on America remain at large, nealy five years after 9/11.

"The fact that Osama bin Laden remains as the Al-Qaeda leader is an eloquent expression of Presiden Bush's dangerous ineptitude as a war president. His continued obsession with Iraq while ignoring the threat of an intact Al-Qaeda to launch a WMD attack on the United States may prove to have the most lamentable consequences for the American people," Mr.Filger warned.
