HogWild Spices wows crowd at the Virginia Food and Beverage Expo with their new product release

"The versatility of this product is a major attraction", said
owner Rich Hilts. "Not only is it an extremely tasty mix of
Italian and French gourmet spices, but it can be used in so
many dishes. It works in or on meat, chicken, fish, pork as
well as salads, salad dressings, soups, stews… the list goes
on."

"We're offering this blend right now, but we are going to
be releasing several more over the next year as we feel like
we perfect the products. On top of that, in the next month,
we will be releasing a recipe CD with over 200 recipes for
just the original blend", Rich added.

While showing off their wares at the Expo, many of the tasters
were very surprised that the strong aroma of the HogWild didn't
translate to the product overpowering the dishes. They also
made several remarks about the product not seeming to taste
the same, that it changed tastes with each different dish.

"You can, with one spice blend, take a simple item like sour cream
and change it to a gourmet dip with almost no effort, little cost
and sell it as a main appetizer with chips, crackers, bread sticks,
or potato skins. It allows you to speed your kitchen up and
charge for gourmet food with very little food cost per serving.",
Rich explained to one taster.

"We sell the blend in 4 ounce, 8 ounce, 20 ounce and bulk sizes.
The 4 and 8 ounce comes in bags or bottles with shaker tops and the 20
ounce comes in bottles only.", Rich could be overheard explaining
to another customer.

He also told a customer, "It's not only good for you since we don't add any chemicals,
but it is also celiac friendly since we don't add any fillers. So
all you get is pure, great tasting spices."

HogWild Spice Blend is also now being considered for the Virginia's
Finest program.
