Lisa Santillo's lifelong passion for storytelling is finally making its way from her family circle to the wider world. After spending over two decades driving a school bus, she is now embarking on a new journey as a published author.

A mother and grandmother to seven, Santillo has been weaving tales for her loved ones for as long as she can remember. It was the gentle, yet persistent, encouragement of her two youngest granddaughters that finally motivated her to put her cherished stories onto paper. She began writing them down specifically so she could read them to them at night-making the theme of her debut book all the more personal and genuine.
