Quality Care Receives a Glowing Report From the CSCI

Quality Care, the domiciliary care provider operating in Surry, Hampshire and parts of Berkshire, has received a glowing report from the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI). The CSCI is an independent inspectorate for all social care services in the UK which prepares annual reports of care service providers.

According to the report prepared by the CSCI inspector, Quality Care “offers a committed and flexible approach to the care needs of… [its] clients and maintains close professional links with the local care management teams.”

The report also praised Quality Care’s staff training programme which it claimed was:

“Commendable in its delivery and effective in meeting the training needs and requirements of staff”.

The reports findings are also echoed by Quality Care’s clients who say that the company offers a “first class service”.
