TV Doesn’t Engage or Entertain the Way it Did in the Past, so Quest For Care Creates Online Games That Educate and Challenge Players

(PRLEAP.COM) The days of watching Jeopardy, Wheel of Fortune and Who Wants to be a Millionaire on the television are over. Players, who were satisfied with shouting at the TV, can now expect to play along and win the prizes. Quest for Care is an internet-based, multi-player challenge providing an entertaining venue for education and social awareness.

Boise, Idaho April 6, 2006 ¬– Quest for Care, is a local company started by entrepreneurs: Mazal Simantov, Dawn Guerrero, and Kip Guerrero. The company is currently developing several online games and has recently released IQ Surfer. This game is not your simple word search. Until recently only TV contestants played intellectual games and won big prizes, but with the launch of IQ Surfer everyone can participate in skill games and possibly win cash prizes.

The founders developed this interactive game with friends and family in mind. “We were bored watching TV and were looking for a way to stay in touch and have fun. Online games provided a way to do this, but the games available didn’t challenge us mentally so we created IQ Surfer” As more and more people became interested in playing, the founders decided to take the next step by creating a website with consistent games, rules and cash prizes.

Quest for Care has officially opened its first website www.iqsurfer.com to the public. The current challenges will run for two weeks during what is considered the gamma test period. Quest for Care intends to have a sign up board in place soon where challenges will run as players sign up.
