Oral Seymour Named Chief Technology Officer of E-Max, Inc. and www.ownapieceofamerica.com

April 10, 2006 (PRLEAP.COM) Business News
E-Max, Inc. announced today that Oral Seymour was named Chief Technology Officer of the company and its web site, www.ownapieceofamerica.com and will be based in its New York City headquarters. The announcement was made today by Scott Moger, president and CEO of the company.

E-Max is an Internet marketing company specializing in web development and financing and owns and operates several web sites including www.ownapieceofamerica.com, www.ownapieceofamerica.us, and www.favoriteFreebies.com.

Mr. Seymour will handle 100% of the technology assignments for E-Max and its subsidiaries, along with his consulting responsibilities for his own company, OSI, Inc.

Six months ago E-Max launched http://www.ownapieceofamerica.com which offers Free Land in any state in the USA to all Internet visitors. As they say in their advertising and on the website, “Small, yes. But Free.” The company gives out one square inch parcels of land located in each and every state in the USA. The web site is a gift site in which visitors can upgrade from simply owning property with their names listed on the site, to purchasing attractive Deeds inscribed with their names, individually numbered, and framed or mounted on a plaque.

The free land being distributed is a part of American Acres vast land holdings in each state - land purchased one acre at a time, state by state, by the New York City based company. A “no action” letter was issue by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as well as the Attorney General of New York State stating that the deeds are to be sold as novelty items and not as investments. In fact, there is a long list of “Covenants and Restrictions” on the www.OwnAPieceofAmerica.com website and visitors should take heed.

Mr. Seymour is starting in his new capacity immediately.
