Local Freelance writer Marjorie Carpenter has released her 3rd short book of Poetry, published with Skywolf Publishing in conjunction with Lulu.com. Along with being a beloved poet, she has turned her hand towards songwriting as well, winning 2 Awards of Merit for her country lyrics, and is a member of BMI. She is also a stay at home mom of 4 children who she home schools. She resides in Salisbury, NC with her husband and children.
