When it was first established in 2000, young entrepreneur Alin Anuar, began her own label Chantiq Skaly an online store selling kebaya & accessories. With the help of friends & family, she began building up clientele from all walks of life & countries through the online store until she recently opened a mini booth in Singapore. Today, she also has boutiques carrying her label both in East & West Malaysia.
Through experience, Alin realized that having an online store has a lot of challenges in terms of customer relationship & trust. Thus, she uses the msn messenger to talk to her customers from all over the world, the emails are personally read through & she maintains relationship with the customers via email updates.

The website includes matching accessories which are all handmade,'I think being color coordinated & wearing matching bags with the kebaya is really stylish & classy.'
