Pittsburgh, PA — Newman Chiropractic, Pittsburgh's first family of chiropractic, has announced the opening of their 14th office location after 46 years of serving western Pennsylvania.

Dr. Gerald Newman opened the first office in Braddock in 1960, and his sons have continued the family business. Dr. Lee Newman and Dr. Bernie Newman each completed their chiropractic training at Life Chiropractic College. Dr. Lee Newman opened his first office in the south side of Pittsburgh, in July 1986.

The newest office of the Newman Chiropractic Center is in the Squirrel Hill Medical Building, 6301 Forbes Avenue. The clinic director is Dr. Stephen Klump, a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa.

"While attending Palmer College, Dr. Klump participated in the Clinic Abroad Program. He and his associates opened a free, week-long clinic in Budapest, Hungary," said Dr. Lee Newman. "He has been with us since October 2004, and we are pleased to have him take charge of our newest office at Squirrel Hill. He firmly believes in the ideals of chiropractic and its ability to improve overall patient well-being."

The Newman Chiropractic Centers have helped thousands of people from all over western Pennsylvania. Several generations of the same families continue to benefit from chiropractic health care.

"The body is a self-regulating, self-healing miracle," said Dr. Klump. "Many people have come to us and found relief from symptoms such as back pain, neck pain, TMJ, migraine headaches, arthritis, a sports injury, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, irritable bowel syndrome, constipation, ear infections & colic in babies."

"Our therapies have also been shown to improve immune function and increase athletic performance in people who are healthy and want to stay that way," explained Dr. Newman. "The unique program we develop for you will help you to achieve your greatest potential for health and wellness."

Dr. Lee Newman is also a chiropractic coach to chiropractors all over the United States. He teaches seminars, consults with other Chiropractors and their associates, does health and wellness screenings, and gives public service talks.

"Our mission is to make every effort to do whatever is necessary so that everyone who comes to one of our clinics can live the longest, healthiest and most active lifestyle possible," said Newman.
