The Castleton Group Executive Receives 40 Under 40 Award
Triangle Business Journal Honors Jay McLamb With
40 Under 40 Leadership Award

RALEIGH, N.C. - Suzanne Clifton, President of The Castleton Group, a full service human resources outsourcing firm, has announced that Jay McLamb, COO and Partner of The Castleton Group, has been recognized as one of the Triangle Business Journal’s 40 Under 40. This award honors successful business leaders under the age of 40 who are making a difference in the community. Recipients of this award are selected based on business accomplishments, community involvement and future goals. McLamb was recognized at an awards dinner on Friday April 21, at North Ridge Country Club in Raleigh.

About Jay McLamb:
Jay McLamb is a native North Carolinian with 15 years of diversified management experience. Jay is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Partner for The Castleton Group. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from North Carolina State University and is an active member of the community; Jay participates in many civic and charitable organizations and volunteers with the Special Olympics. He is a member of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO), where he serves on the Accounting Standards Practice Committee, as well as a member of the Carolinas Association of Professional Employer Organizations (CAPEO), the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce and the NC Association of Certified Public Accountants (NCACPA). Jay resides in Raleigh with his wife Sonya and their three sons: William, Jon and Galen.
