Dunross Recruitment awarded ISO 9001:2000 Quality Standard

“The accreditation demonstrates the commitment of Dunross to putting the customer's requirements first”, says Sales Director Daniel Taylor. “This is because the new standard assesses the processes that an organisation follows when dealing with all aspects of customer contact - from an initial enquiry to our candidate welfare work once the candidate is in the UK. The ISO 9000:2001 shows our current and future clients that all our processes here at Dunross have been examined to the highest international standards.”

Dunross tacked the complex process of ISO accreditation as an internal project, together with input from ISO consultant Derek Merry. The quality audit was performed by the UK based BSI Management Systems, who performed the assessment via their Polish office.

Dunross also announced their intention to attempt to gain certification to the ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Standard.
