888.com Co-Founder Steps Down From Executive Post

Gibraltar (PRleap) May 15, 2006- 888.Com, an industry-leading online gaming entertainment is announcing the appointment of Gigi Levy as its new Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Levy will be replacing company co-founder Shay Ben Yitzhak, who will remain on the company’s board in a non-executive capacity. Ben Yitzhak has been the only one of the four founding shareholders to be involved in the day to day running of the business.

Company chairman Richard Kilsby commented, “The company will continue to benefit from Shay Ben Yitzhak’s guidance and counsel.”

Mr. Levy’s appointment to 888.com’s management team is set to go into effect on June 18th, 2006, the same day in which Ben Yitzhak will step down from his executive role.
