Pacific Poker Launches Multi-Hand Capability to Online Poker

Gibraltar (PRleap) May 14, 2006- Pacific Poker (http://www.pacificpoker.com), the industry-leading online poker room, launched the newest version of its interactive software, which allows players to play at more than one table or tournament simultaneously.

The version now allows real-time play at up to 3 ring games and 2 tournaments.

Mike Herea, Promotions Department Manager, said that this is a great example of how Pacific Poker values user feedback and comments. “The players wanted this new feature and we were quickly on the job,” Herea said.

“The next version will allow even more games and tournaments to be played simultaneously and will also be translated to all of our available languages,” Herea added.

The multi-hand capability will present several windows on the screen, each representing a different game, and will permit the player to participate in parallel games.

Along with other usability changes, Pacific Poker has added a new "My Tournaments" button in the Lobby. This displays a list of all tournaments that the member is registered for, along with the tournament statuses.

The individual games, or “sessions”, will each have their own details that will help players keep an orderly track of each game’s status.

Veteran players will very easily adapt to the new version.
