Imperiali Inc. Adds the Blackmor Group Inc. to its Team
(PRLEAP.COM) West Palm Beach, FL – May 13, 2006 - Today, Imperiali Inc announced that they are in the process of retaining the Blackmor group Inc. to provide investment banking expertise in the areas of public registration, and brokerage affiliation to possibly represent the company with its private placement memorandum (PPM) of $30 million, along with selecting the brokerage firm to file the registration documents.
Upon completion of this agreement the relationship will add a huge support to the Imperiali team and will relieve the day-to-day management from handling the registration process.
The Blackmor Group Inc. is a first class group of professionals that bring huge credibility and experience to the Imperiali team which ultimately furthers the strength of the overall Imperiali management to complete and file its application in accordance with the rules and regulations of the SEC.
The Blackmor Group will also look to provide the company with potential candidates in the brokerage area to consider handling and representing the company’s private placement and registration statement.
In addition, the Blackmor Group has identified a Chairman/CEO type whom is extremely well-known to Wall Street with tremendous experience in the areas of Imperiali Inc.’s plans.
The name of the individual is undisclosed based upon the fact that an agreement is underway. But it is confirmed that this highly qualified individual may be retained as a senior advisor to the Imperiali team. Once again this will add strength to the management and mission in accordance with Imperiali’s plans.
