National Touring Artist Fred Shafer wraps up his tour in Boston before recording his new full length CD.

National/US (PR LEAP/NorthEastPR)May 12th, 2006 - Closing the Winter 2005/Spring 2006 tour to support his E.P. release, Fred Shafer returns to Boston to offer his fan base another intimate evening of original and passionate modern pop music. His tour was extended by a request to perform in Chicago at the Clearwater Theater for two nights of sold out shows. With the thrill of taking the stage, Fred and company couldn't resist the offer for two more dates in Boston. Warmly received during his recent performance at the Paradise Club, Fred was the talk of the morning show on FM 107.3 - WAAF. Area radio pros were in attendance and the result was a fantastic review and ultimately his return to play for his Boston fan base once again.

Formerly the front man of the nationally released group Klear (Good Charamel Records) Fred Shafer brings top talent to the stage. Having shared the mic with major acts like Chuck Berry, Kid Rock, Goo Goo Dolls, Sugar Ray, Staind, Gov’t Mule, Saliva, and D12, Fred is no stranger to pleasing any audience at any level. Touring and performing is the strength he brings to the table.

Fred's music has been featured in movies and television; (The Station Agent, The Shield, UFC) and his face and story have been chronicled in Vanity Fair’s 2003 Music Edition, Billboard Magazine, and Hit Parader. Heard on over 50 major FM and College stations across the United States, his music has been well exposed, and two of his hit songs "All On Me" and "Picture" remain top downloaded tracks on sites like Lime Wire and Kazaa.
