AMBERWATCH ANNOUNCES TOYS “R” US IS THE FIRST NATIONAL RETAILER TO CARRY PATENTED CHILD SAFETY DEVICE

Newport Beach, CA (May 22, 2006) –Toys “R” Us is the first national retailer to sell AmberWatch, a new child safety device designed to alert parents when their child feels threatened. The product is available now in select Toys “R” Us stores in Florida and California.

Toys “R” Us will support the AmberWatch product through a number of marketing initiatives, including a targeted e-mail campaign to families with children between the ages of five and 12; in-store handouts highlighting product features, in-store demonstrations at select locations and more.

The AmberWatch is a wristwatch equipped with the trademarked “AmberWatch Alert Signal,” which when activated can be heard from more than a football field away. The patented 115-decibel signal is designed to immediately bring attention to the child who activates the signal.

Portions of the proceeds from the sale of every AmberWatch benefit the AmberWatch Foundation’s mission to reach 25 million children and parents with the AWF "Be Safe!" child abduction and molestation prevention program by year end 2008.
