For New Residential Development
Development Firm Hosts Ground Breaking Ceremony
For House Ridge Estates

BENSON, Ariz. – John and Kerryn House, owners of Catalina Development Corporation, have announced they will host a groundbreaking ceremony on Thursday, June 1 at 10 a.m. for the new residential development, House Ridge Estates. The residential development is located at 629 East Pearl Street and will feature 33 single-family homes with three different floor plans.
