New York Metro Vocal Arts Ensemble, a nonprofit organization founded in 2000, is dedicated to providing performance opportunities to young singers in a supportive atmosphere, and to bringing music to under-served populations in the New York City area. NYMVAE has presented over 20 concert-version and staged operatic works in public locales throughout the New York Metropolitan area, creating performing opportunities for more than 65 aspiring singers.
