Thomas Brogan announces he will run for Dallas County Recorder

• Create a New Website - An updated website, that users can find up to date information, forms, links, contacts and guidelines that represents Dallas County in a professional manner.
• Provide Online Boat Renewal - An online portal where users can pay for their boat renewals, so there would be no reason to have to drive to the office.
