Pilates was the creation of the late Joseph H Pilates some eighty years ago and remains today a popular for exercise. The exercises coordinate mind, body and breathing movements to develop strong abdominal muscles, stimulate circulation and generate proper alignment of the body.

At Maya Ubud the To Do Today complimentary exercise program will offer Pilates three times per week, along with Yoga for beginners twice per week and the riverside Nature Walk on the remaining two days. Session are conducted by our own fully trained Resort Leisure Guides.
